About us:We are two second year students of Harper Adams University, studying BSc (Hons) Food, Nutrition and Wellbeing.
Really Porky Pies was born when we decided build up our own business, putting much of our university learnings into practise. However we didn't want to do the usual cup cakes, or other predictable food stuffs, so we decided to be a bit different and do luxury pork pies! All of our ingredients are locally sourced where possible, and what really makes us special is that we use pork made at Michelle's family farm in Church Stretton, which is just 27 miles from our production base at Harper Adams. We are very lucky to have the support of the University behind us, particularly as we use the Regional Food Academy on Campus for all production of the pork pies. |
